Job Description

As a Home Builder at Zieben Homes, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling new homes from start to finish. Your duties will include reading blueprints, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe worksite. You will work closely with our project managers and designers to bring our clients’ dream homes to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret blueprints and plans
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and clients
• Proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
