Position: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect cigars, cigarettes, tobacco products, pipes, and smokers’ articles
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tobacco trends and products
• Handle cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a tobacco-related industry
• Knowledge of cigars, cigarettes, tobacco products, pipes, and smokers’ articles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
