Position: Worship Leader

Are you passionate about worshiping God through music? Do you have a heart for leading others in praise and adoration? Zion Church USA is currently seeking a talented Worship Leader to join our team. This individual will play a key role in creating an atmosphere of worship that inspires and uplifts our congregation each week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship services and rehearsals
• Select and arrange music for services
• Recruit and train musicians and vocalists
• Cultivate a spirit of excellence and authenticity in worship
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Experience leading worship in a church setting
• Proficient in playing an instrument (preferably guitar or piano)
• Strong vocal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for worship and connection with God

Position: Youth Pastor

Do you have a heart for teenagers and a desire to see young people grow in their faith? Zion Church USA is looking for a dedicated Youth Pastor to lead our youth ministry. This individual will have the opportunity to build relationships with teens, disciple them in their faith, and create a fun and engaging environment for them to grow spiritually.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead youth group meetings and events
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to teens
• Develop and implement curriculum for youth programming
• Recruit and train youth ministry volunteers
• Engage with parents and families of youth

Requirements:

• Experience working with teenagers in a ministry setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of youth culture and issues facing teens today
• Ability to teach and lead discussions on spiritual topics
• Passion for seeing young people grow in their relationship with Christ
