Zio’s Italian Kitchen is a well-established family-style Italian restaurant with a passion for authentic, delicious food and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests. Position: Server

As a server at Zio’s Italian Kitchen, you will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take and enter customer orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus
