Position Overview:

As a Criminal Law Attorney at Zuniga Law Offices, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of criminal matters, including but not limited to:

• Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) cases
• Drug offenses
• Assault and battery charges
• Theft and property crimes
• Domestic violence cases

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Developing case strategies and defense tactics
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Negotiating plea deals with prosecutors
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
