1. Servers

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Take food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely service

2. Line Cooks

• Prepare and cook delicious Mexican dishes following recipes and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant

3. Hosts/Hostesses

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide seating assistance
• Manage reservations and waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests
• Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting lobby area
