Position: Appliance Repair Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen appliances
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of appliances
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and provide estimates
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair, specifically with Sub-Zero products
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of appliance repair techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
