We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist. If you have a calling to serve in the church and share the message of God’s love with others, we want to hear from you. We have a variety of positions available in our Baptist Church, General Baptist Church, and Missionary Baptist Church ministries.

Position Available: Youth Pastor

As the Youth Pastor at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people in our community. You will be responsible for leading our youth ministry, coordinating events and activities, and providing spiritual guidance to our young members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with youth and helping them grow in their faith.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry program
• Coordinate and plan events, activities, and retreats for young members
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth in the congregation
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist in the youth ministry
• Build relationships with youth and their families to foster a sense of community and belonging

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong personal faith and commitment to the teachings of the Baptist Church
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize events and activities for youth
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
