Position: Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget, as well as handling the sales process from start to finish. Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Work closely with the finance department to secure financing for customers

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of automotive industry and products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
