We Are Hiring

Are you passionate about serving others and sharing the gospel? Do you have a heart for ministry and a desire to make a difference in your community? If so, we invite you to consider joining our team at South Park Baptist Church SBC. We currently have the following positions available:

1. Minister of Music

– Lead the congregation in meaningful worship through music
– Coordinate with the pastor and other staff members to plan and execute worship services
– Recruit and develop musicians and vocalists for the church worship team
– Oversee the music ministry budget and resources
– Lead rehearsals and provide musical direction for all church events

2. Youth Pastor

– Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry program that meets the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of our youth
– Plan and lead weekly youth gatherings, special events, and mission trips
– Build relationships with students and families to provide mentoring and support
– Work collaboratively with church leadership to integrate youth into the overall life of the church
– Coordinate with volunteers and parents to create a safe and welcoming environment for youth

3. Children’s Ministry Director

– Oversee all aspects of the children’s ministry program, including Sunday School, nursery, and special events
– Recruit, train, and support volunteers to serve in various children’s ministry roles
– Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children from birth through 5th grade
– Partner with parents to disciple children and support families in their faith journey
– Ensure the safety and well-being of children participating in church activities
