Position: Home Inspector

We are currently seeking a qualified Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, engineering, or a related field, as well as proven experience in conducting home inspections. Responsibilities include:

• Performing thorough inspections of residential properties
• Identifying and documenting any issues or defects in the property
• Providing detailed reports to clients on the condition of the property
• Offering guidance and recommendations for repairs or maintenance needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home inspections
• Knowledge of residential construction and building codes
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Certification as a Home Inspector is preferred
