Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

As the Youth Pastor at Airline Manor Baptist Church, you will have the incredible opportunity to lead and shepherd our youth ministry. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging environment where young people can grow in their faith, build lasting relationships, and discover their purpose in God’s plan.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement an engaging youth program that includes Bible studies, worship services, retreats, and outreach activities
– Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to youth volunteers and leaders
– Build relationships with youth and their families, offering guidance and support in their spiritual journey
– Organize and lead youth events, camps, and mission trips to help young people deepen their faith and serve others
– Collaborate with church leadership to align the youth ministry’s vision and goals with the overall mission of the church
– Oversee the budget and resources allocated to the youth ministry, ensuring responsible stewardship

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth ministry leadership
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for working with young people and helping them grow in their faith
– Commitment to the teachings of the Baptist faith and values
– Ability to collaborate with a diverse team, including volunteers, parents, and church staff
