Job Title: Home Inspector

Job Description:

As a Home Inspector at A Plus Home Inspections, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to evaluate their condition and identify any potential issues. You will be required to communicate your findings to clients in a clear and professional manner, as well as provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed inspections of residential properties according to industry standards.
• Document and report findings to clients in a timely manner.
• Evaluate the condition of various systems and components within the home, including plumbing, electrical, and structural elements.
• Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to aid in the inspection process.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports.

Qualifications:

• Valid Home Inspector license.
• Prior experience in home inspections preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
