We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry program at Bethany Baptist Church S B C
• Develop and implement relevant and engaging curriculum for youth groups and events
• Mentor, disciple, and build relationships with youth members of the congregation
• Work closely with the Senior Pastor and church leadership to align the youth ministry with the overall mission and vision of the church
• Organize and lead youth events, retreats, and service opportunities
• Collaborate with parents and volunteers to support the youth ministry program
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to youth members as needed

Qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for youth ministry and helping young people grow in their faith
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Agree with and support the beliefs and practices of the Southern Baptist Convention
