We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Insurance Sales Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective clients and develop relationships to sell insurance policies
• Educate clients on the different types of insurance products and coverage options
• Analyze clients’ insurance needs and propose appropriate policies
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients’ requirements
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and renew policies when necessary
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and contracts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities
• Knowledge of different types of insurance products and coverage options
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licensing in insurance sales may be required
