We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

About the Role:

As the Youth Pastor at Southwest Christian Academy, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our youth ministry program. This includes planning and organizing regular youth group meetings, coordinating special events and retreats, and providing spiritual guidance and counseling to our young members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and relevant youth services and activities
• Mentor and disciple youth members in their faith journey
• Build strong relationships with youth members and their families
• Collaborate with other church staff to support the overall mission and vision of the church
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to youth members as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be a committed Christian with a strong personal faith
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or related field preferred
