Position: Donut Shop Assistant Manager
Are you passionate about donuts and creating a delightful customer experience? 288 Ardmore Corp is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at our busy donut shop location. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the donut shop
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and resolve any issues or complaints
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Passion for food service and delivering high-quality products
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
