Position: Drug Testing Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform drug and alcohol testing on employees in accordance with company protocols
• Collect samples from individuals using proper procedures and maintain chain of custody
• Interact professionally with clients and employees to ensure a positive testing experience
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards related to drug testing
• Maintain accurate records of sample collection and testing results
• Work closely with the laboratory to ensure timely and accurate processing of samples
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in drug testing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field preferred
• Prior experience in drug testing or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with drug testing procedures, including urine, saliva, and hair testing methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
