Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry of our church
• Plan and coordinate weekly youth group meetings
• Organize and facilitate youth retreats, mission trips, and events
• Develop relationships with youth and provide mentorship and support
• Create engaging and relevant lessons for youth group meetings
• Work closely with the church leadership team to align youth ministry with overall church vision
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities

Qualifications:

• Committed follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for serving youth
• Pastoral experience or equivalent education in ministry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to connect with youth and build meaningful relationships
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
