Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

Brookhollow Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to join our team. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for overseeing the spiritual growth and development of our middle school and high school students. This individual will lead weekly youth services, organize and facilitate small group discussions, plan and coordinate special events and retreats, and provide mentorship and guidance to young members of our congregation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging and meaningful youth services that are relevant to students’ lives
• Develop and implement a dynamic youth ministry program that fosters spiritual growth
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and volunteers
• Plan and coordinate various youth activities, events, and trips
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to students in need
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other church events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Ordained or licensed minister with a recognized denomination, preferably Baptist
• 3+ years of experience in youth ministry or related field
• Strong Christian faith and commitment to serving youth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
