Our church offers a variety of ministries and programs for people of all ages, including youth groups, bible studies, and community service projects.

Position Available: Youth Pastor

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as Youth Pastor. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving and engaging with young people in our community, helping them grow in their faith and develop meaningful relationships with each other.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate youth group meetings, events, and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to youth group members
• Plan and implement faith-based curriculum and programming for youth
• Build relationships with parents, volunteers, and community members
• Participate in church services and events

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Youth Ministry, or related field
• Pastoral experience working with youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and guiding young people in their faith journey
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with church leadership
