We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as:

Associate Pastor – Youth Ministry

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the youth ministry program at Church at Willow Park
• Plan and organize events, activities, and retreats for the youth group
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to young members of the church
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the broader church community
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities
• Help students develop a strong relationship with God and grow in their faith

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to the teachings of the Bible
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for guiding young people in their spiritual journey
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of church leaders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
