Job Responsibilities:

As a Tax Attorney at Davis & Assoc, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert legal advice and counsel on tax matters related to estate planning, probate, and living trusts.
• Assisting clients in navigating complex tax laws and regulations to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
• Representing clients in tax audits, disputes, and litigation proceedings, as needed.
• Keeping abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to provide up-to-date and accurate legal advice to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Tax Attorney position at Davis & Assoc should possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
