We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor:

Position: Youth Pastor

Location: East Bethel Baptist Church

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs and activities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth discipleship plan
• Build meaningful relationships with youth members and their families
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to youth members
• Plan and organize youth events, retreats, and outreach activities
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to create a cohesive ministry

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Previous experience in youth ministry or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate to and engage with youth members
• Team player with a positive attitude
• A willingness to grow and learn in ministry
