About Us

El Catrachito Restaurant is a vibrant and authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. We pride ourselves on serving delicious and traditional Mexican cuisine in a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Our menu features a variety of dishes crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and we are committed to providing our guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Bartender

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced bar environment and be knowledgeable about a wide range of cocktails and beverages. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving drinks to guests
• Creating innovative and delicious cocktails
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Providing excellent customer service

2. Server

We are also looking for dedicated servers to assist our guests and ensure they have a memorable dining experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Presenting the menu and taking orders
• Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
• Handling guest inquiries and concerns

3. Line Cook

If you have a passion for cooking and want to showcase your skills in a dynamic kitchen environment, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy kitchen, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Assisting with food preparation and inventory management
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met
