The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
• Supervise and train staff members
• Ensure high quality of food and service
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage inventory and ordering

Line Cook

El Jarrito Mexican Restaurant is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, a passion for Mexican cuisine, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Assist with inventory management
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Server

El Jarrito Mexican Restaurant is in need of friendly and attentive Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues

Dishwasher

El Jarrito Mexican Restaurant is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
• Assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization

Host/Hostess

We are also looking for friendly and outgoing Hosts/Hostesses to welcome and seat guests at El Jarrito Mexican Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a knack for multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage reservations
• Seat guests and provide menus
• Assist servers and ensure smooth dining experiences
