1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at El Ranchero, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats
– Cook dishes accurately and efficiently during service hours
– Ensure all food meets quality and presentation standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting
– Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and understanding of food safety guidelines

2. Server

Our servers play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Server at El Ranchero, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and assist with menu selections
– Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
– Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
– Address any customer concerns or special requests

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages is a plus

3. Dishwasher

Our dishwashers play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher at El Ranchero, you will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.

Responsibilities:
– Load and unload dishwasher
– Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand
– Keep kitchen and work areas clean and sanitized
– Assist with kitchen prep work as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation guidelines
– Team player with a positive attitude
