Position Available: Optical Dispenser

Job Description:

As an Optical Dispenser at Eye Impact, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients find the perfect eyewear to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients in selecting frames that complement their style and fit their prescription
• Providing recommendations on lens options based on the patient’s lifestyle and visual requirements
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs as needed
• Managing inventory and ordering new stock as required
• Ensuring that all eyewear dispensed meets our quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in an optical dispensing role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with patients
• Knowledge of various lens options and the ability to make recommendations based on individual needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
