Job Title: Optician
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting, fitting, and adjusting eyeglasses
- Measure customers’ eyes, including distance between pupils, to ensure proper fit of glasses
- Educate customers on proper eye care and maintenance of eyeglasses
- Keep detailed records of customer prescriptions and orders
- Work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Certification as a licensed optician
- Strong knowledge of optical goods and eyeglasses
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
