Are you passionate about serving others and spreading the message of love and hope? We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Location: Houston, Texas

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry program, including weekly gatherings, events, and mission trips
• Plan and coordinate engaging and relevant activities for youth of varied ages
• Provide mentorship and support to young people as they navigate their faith journey
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the broader church community
• Develop relationships with parents, volunteers, and community partners to enhance the youth ministry program

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies, or a related field
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for youth ministry and a desire to help young people grow in their faith
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals
