Position: Middle School Teacher

Killough Middle School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Teacher to join our team of educators. Located in Houston, Texas, Killough Middle School is committed to providing a high-quality education to our diverse student body.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state standards
• Assess student learning through various methods, such as tests, projects, and discussions
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Texas Teaching Certification
• Experience working with middle school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success
