We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine at La Finca Mexican Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes creating new dishes, managing inventory, training kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Mexican cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and ingredients
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
• Culinary degree or certification preferred

Waitstaff

Our waitstaff play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, explaining menu items, and ensuring guests have everything they need during their visit. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages is a plus

Bartender

Our bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks to our guests. This includes cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition to mixing drinks, bartenders are also responsible for maintaining a clean bar area, monitoring inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have bartending experience, excellent knowledge of drink recipes, and a friendly demeanor.

• Prior bartending experience
• Knowledge of drink recipes and techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• TIPS certification preferred
