Job Title: Line Cook

We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Laredo Taqueria. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about creating high-quality dishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and making sauces
• Cook and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
• Food Handler’s Certification is a plus

Job Title: Server

We are also looking for enthusiastic Servers to join our team at Laredo Taqueria. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion
• Answer customer questions about menu items
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Food Handler’s Certification is a plus
