Job Description:

Los Tres Ranchitos Restaurants is currently seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Latin American cuisine and a drive to create exceptional dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Create and maintain a diverse menu of Latin American and Mexican dishes
  • Ensure all food preparation meets our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
  • Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve performance and skillset
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to create special menus for events and promotions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a Latin American or Mexican restaurant
  • Passion for Latin American cuisine and knowledge of traditional cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
