About Us:

Mi Pueblito Restaurant is a vibrant and authentic Latin American restaurant located in the heart of the city. Our restaurant prides itself on providing delicious, homemade cuisine that brings people together to enjoy a taste of Latin America. We offer a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes our guests feel like they are dining in a traditional Latin American village.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Cook

• Prepares, seasons, and cooks a variety of traditional Latin American dishes
• Ensures that all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
• Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment and work areas
• Collaborates with the kitchen team to create new menu items

2. Server

• Greets guests and takes food and beverage orders
• Delivers food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
• Provides friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Assists with bussing and resetting tables

3. Dishwasher

• Washes dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintains a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Ensures all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Assists with basic food prep tasks as needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Latin American cuisine and culture, and who are dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidates will have:

• Prior experience working in a family style or Latin American restaurant
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
