We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry program at Misión Cristiana Nuevo Pacto
• Plan and coordinate weekly youth services, events, and activities
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to youth members
• Develop and implement educational and spiritual growth opportunities for youth
• Recruit and train volunteer leaders to assist with youth ministry
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry goals with the overall mission of the church
• Participate in staff meetings and church events as required

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Ordained or licensed for ministry in a recognized Christian denomination
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth ministry leadership
• Possess a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out biblical principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with and relate to youth of all ages
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
