We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Job Title: Youth Pastor

Location: Northside Missionary Baptist Church

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the youth ministry program at the church
• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lessons and activities for young people
• Build relationships with youth and their families to provide support and guidance
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry programs
• Coordinate and participate in youth events, retreats, and trips
• Work collaboratively with the church leadership team to support the overall mission and vision of the church

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out the gospel in daily life
• Prior experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire young people
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (preferred)
