1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook delicious barbecue dishes following Ottos’ recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet Ottos’ standards
• Clean and maintain kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

2. Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide customers with menu recommendations and take their orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

3. Bartender

• Mix and serve drinks following Ottos’ cocktail recipes
• Provide excellent customer service at the bar area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
