Position: Optometrist

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’ vision and eye health
• Prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments as necessary
• Detect and manage eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration
• Educate patients on proper eye care practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Current state license to practice optometry
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Position: Optician

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear that suits their style and prescription needs
• Create and adjust eyeglasses to ensure proper fit and comfort
• Educate patients on proper eyeglass care and maintenance
• Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain inventory of eyewear and optical supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• State-issued license or certification as an optician
• Experience working with eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized

Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar
• Verify insurance information and process paperwork for new patients
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
• Assist with billing and payment processing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
