Position: Youth Pastor

Our church family is diverse and welcoming, and we are committed to helping individuals of all ages grow in their faith.

About the Position:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to join our ministry team. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and guiding our youth group, providing spiritual direction, and creating a safe and welcoming environment for young people to grow in their faith.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a dynamic youth ministry program that includes weekly gatherings, special events, retreats, and service projects
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to youth group members
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth ministry activities
• Build relationships with youth group members and their families
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth ministry into the overall mission of the church

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• A bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and church staff
