Positions Available

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Ruchi’s Mexican Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our menu. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing ingredients for cooking
– Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
– Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
– Following food safety guidelines

2. Server

Our servers play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities include:
– Greeting customers and taking their orders
– Serving food and beverages
– Providing menu recommendations and answering questions
– Handling customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

3. Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at Ruchi’s Mexican Grill, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities include:
– Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
– Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized
– Assisting with kitchen cleanup and garbage disposal
– Following sanitation and safety guidelines

Qualifications
