1. Home Improvement Specialist

As a Home Improvement Specialist at SAP Home Repair Service, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of home improvement services to our customers. From kitchen and bathroom renovations to deck and patio installations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Performing various home improvement projects, including painting, flooring, carpentry, and plumbing
• Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in home improvement or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various home improvement techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

2. Home Repair Technician

As a Home Repair Technician at SAP Home Repair Service, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of issues in residential properties. From fixing leaky faucets to repairing drywall damage, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers maintain their homes in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various home systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Identifying potential problems and recommending preventive measures
• Documenting all work performed and materials used
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with every job completed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in home repair or a related field
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Certification or license in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus
