Our church offers a wide range of ministries and programs that cater to individuals of all ages, from children to seniors. We are a part of the Southern Baptist Convention and adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry, including Sunday school, youth group, retreats, and special events
• Develop and implement programs that engage and disciple young people in their faith
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist in youth ministry activities
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to youth and their families
• Collaborate with church leadership to align youth ministry with the overall mission and vision of the church

Qualifications:

• Strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to living out biblical principles
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience working with youth in a church setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire young people
