We are Hiring!

We are currently seeking a charismatic and organized individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with young people, guiding them in their faith journey, and creating a welcoming and engaging community for youth within our church.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of youth ministry, including planning and coordinating events, programs, and activities for youth in our congregation.
• Develop and nurture relationships with youth, providing spiritual guidance, counseling, and mentorship as needed.
• Create a safe and inviting space for youth to explore and grow in their faith, encouraging them to actively participate in the life of the church.
• Collaborate with church leadership, volunteers, and parents to support the overall mission and vision of the church.
• Stay informed about current trends, issues, and challenges facing youth today, adapting and tailoring programs to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• A deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, with a passion for sharing the Gospel and teaching young people about faith.
• Previous experience working with youth in a church or community setting, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Divinity, Theology, Youth Ministry, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Ability to connect with youth on a personal level, showing empathy, understanding, and compassion.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute youth events and activities effectively.
