We are currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the youth ministry, including Sunday school, youth group meetings, retreats, and community service projects
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for teenagers to grow in their faith and develop relationships with Christ
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth members, helping them navigate the challenges of adolescence
• Collaborate with other church staff to coordinate youth events and activities
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to assist with youth ministry programs
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about youth activities and opportunities for involvement

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field
• Ordination or licensing as a Baptist minister is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth in a ministry or educational setting
• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a commitment to living out the teachings of the Bible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
