We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee youth programs and activities
• Plan and lead youth group meetings and events
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young members of the congregation
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into the overall church community
• Recruit and train volunteers to assist with youth programs
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for youth to explore their faith

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with youth and helping them grow in their faith
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in youth ministry or a related field is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team and engage with youth from different backgrounds
• Commitment to upholding the core values and beliefs of the Baptist faith
