We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Youth Pastor

Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them grow in their faith? Do you have a heart for ministry and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the next generation? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead youth ministry programs for students in middle school and high school
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young people in their journey of faith
• Coordinate and oversee youth events, retreats, and mission trips
• Recruit and train volunteer leaders to assist with the youth ministry

Qualifications:

• Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with youth in a church setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about mentoring and discipling young people
